To begin, we have a meeting with a client to establish what their goals are for a renovation or project, establishing the concept they have and what they want communicated in the design, and the functionality required. Plans are then drawn and a work-out is begun on how to put these concepts into reality and what will be required to do so.

A cornerstone of our operations is the integrated design and building process. As we are not only a construction company or design facility, but both units operating together, this creates a synergy with the client to meet all needs as the project continues.

The design team is with the project from start to finish toensure the final product aligns exactly with the original intents and aesthetic goals of the project. In this sense, there is never any cross-purpose of “doing the easiest job” or “the quickest way possible,” but all members of the team working together to make the highest possible quality product.
